Had an appointment which was booked by my friend as a birthday present. I was called into work and couldn't make my appointment but when I called to rebook was told it was not possible and that I would have to pay a $25 online deposit in order to change my appointment time as a "cancellation fee". Avoid these rip off artists like the plague.

Staff very helpful! Bought an express gel nail manicure, which they did a good job of. Great customer service.

Went in for a wax, arrived a bit early and a woman who seemed like the manager was busy talking to her staff and using the computer. I had to greet her first to get her attention and confirm my appointment. As I was 25min early she told me to go away and come back later instead of allowing me to wait and never offered me a cup of tea that other day spa experiences have always offered me (this is despite me being heavily pregnant). She made me feel unwelcome and I had ask if I could wait on the couch. The beautician was rude also, and never explained the process or what I had to do, and made me feel uncomfortable. The service was like I was in a "factory" wanting to get rid of the customer after doing the wax. The beautician never said thanks or bye and was left to find my own way out as she disappeared. My experience is that this place should not be called a day spa as their standards are appalling and their customer service is shocking. I would never recommend to anybody. Avoid at all cost!

Went for a hour long Bali-Japanese massage for $85 after developing some lower back pain & shoulder tension. Was very impressed by pleasant polite receptionist & clean, tastefully decorated waiting area. Was shown into treatment room where I was met by a professional & courteous lady from Bali. After an hour my back & shoulders felt fantastic. This masseur was superb, very knowledgeable & highly trained. This experience was worth every cent & I will definitely be coming back.
