Always get the curly fries! They go great with a milkshake. It's always busy so try to get their early, or go during off peak times.

The best curly fries in Wellington are found here and the menu is almost overwhelming because everything sounds so good! The milkshakes are some of the best flavours too, the salted caramel is amazing.

Amazing food, absolutely delicious. We will spread the word bug time even though they dont need a recommendation as the place was constantly full. A really enjoyable experience.

The decoration is stylish and traditional, full of money from all around the world, which is kind of different. The food is also reasonably tasty and the curly fries are interesting. It's worth a visit once in a while as they have good portion sizes. What they can improve is their service speed and develop a system for people waiting for tables. We were waiting for a while and they forgot about us. In general, it's not bad, but it's not the best either.

People seem to like the decor and reputation here and somehow that makes the atrocious service and blatantly checked out staff with no knowledge of the menu forgivable. I've been there 4 times this year and not once have they got my order right. Slices of pie are big - so that's nice. But everyone seems to think they are better than you, above their job and that it's the customers fault if the staff mess up an order. The underlying tension and high staff turnover seems to indicate that it's not a great place to work either. I don't get it and wouldn't recommend eating here when there are so many other great places nearby.
