Cheap customer service , never go to them , this person put finger in gas tank to cheak gas when u return truck , they don't believe on gagge .

I started booking my cars with them 2 years ago and came back ever since. It is quick and easy and the guys are really nice and helpful e.g. when it comes to changing an existing booking. The location in super central and easy to reach. 5 stars!

From start to finish they were great, and I found the cars (although older than some hire companies) were good. They were easily the cheapest for what we needed.

Nice tidy car which was a better model than we were expecting for the price. Admin completed without fuss and we were offered transport to the airport when we dropped off the car. Friendly, efficient staff

Trying to find a (last minute) large car in Wellington for the Xmas / NY break was a nightmare, as all the rental agents in Wellington over Xmas/NY had sold out. The wife was going to kill me. The local BRC guys on the phone helped me out with a Van up front with a swap in the middle to a larger car, at the same cost. When it came to swap time, they had a cancellation and called me to say "keep the one you've got if you want" at no extra cost. Great customer service, and great communications. The van was clean, reliable, safe and comfortable.The guys in Wellington were awesome with pickup/drop off at airport also. Will call them first next year when i fly across the ditch for Xmas, no need to pay extra for the other big 4 rental agencies.
