Even for 75 dollars a night you don't want to stay in these mouldy very smelly rooms. I had all the windows open all night in the winter because of the stench.

Book only if you have a car with you as there's no other way to get there. It's a camping so I wasn't expecting fireworks. Really clean, nice staff. Was nicely surprised.

What an absolute gem. Right on the waterfront. Beautiful facilities as well. Only a few minutes from Paihia.

If you scroll down you will see a reoccurring theme of rude staff, basically the same response that I have got from telling them about my terrible experience firstly DO NOT BOOK A CABIN HERE... they are wet, damp and the beds are so old its like sleeping on a concrete mattress ( they even confirmed they knew that the beds need replacing!!) my back has seized up after 2 nights of terrible sleep on the most uncomfortable beds in a smelley room (scroll down you will see the same comments) I wouldn't waste your time nor money on this place. we booked 2 cabins and all 4 of us were highly unimpressed with quality.

One of my favorite land based places to be.
This is the most well set up and cleanest holiday park I have been to with a fantastic view of the bay.
