Yala Peak Climbing trek offers Climbing experience to trekkers in addition to simply hiking. Located 19 miles north of Kathmandu in the picturesque Langtang region of Nepal, Yala Peak is categorized as a trekking Peak by the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA). In case you don’t know, trekking peaks refer to those mountains considered climbable by anyone with some mountaineering skills. Yala Peak Climbing is relatively easy, non-technical climb and can be accomplished with some Climbing skills without prior experience of mountaineering. Reaching to the summit of Yala Peak (5, 500m) which is famous as a great vantage point is a lifetime experience from where you admire breathtaking views of Shishapangma (8, 027m), the 14th highest Peak in the world and other peaks including Langtang Lirung to the west, Langshisa Ri to the east, Yansa Tsenji and Morimoto Peak.

Trekking trail offers awe-inspiring Himalayan views of Langtang Lirung, Dorje Lakpa, Ganesh Himal, Gangchempo, Shishapangma, etc. Our journey begins with a drive to Syabrubesi from Kathmandu valley. You begin your trek to reach the base camp of Yala Peak passing through lush forest and local settlements. After you are given necessary Climbing skills, you have an adventurous time Climbing to reach the summit of Yala Peak. You feel euphoric to reach the summit and you get fascinated by the Himalayan views from there. After having a great time on the summit, you descend down to reach the base camp and follow usual route back to Kathmandu from where you can leave us for your onward destination. Yala Peak Climbing is a great option to achieve Climbing experience in the Himalayas in short period of time.

Spring (mid-March to May) and autumn (mid-September to November) are considered best times for Yala Peak Climbing considering weather.
