My wife and I stayed here for one night. After looking us over, there was only a suite available. We accepted and discovered that the "suite" (room #22) was a small room with two beds, a connected bathroom and an air conditioner very high up on the wall.

It was hot in the room even though it was raining all day. There was no apparent method to manually control the AC unit. We found the shower had two hot water valves. Operating either valves only dispenses hot water. The only way we found to get water out of the shower that wasn't scolding hot was to leave the water on until the tiny water heater ran out of hot water. There was cold water at the sink though. That tiny hot water heater is located right outside the room door. Every time you open a hot water valve in the bathroom there's a very loud whine type of noise that comes from a blue and orange electric pump attached to the plumbing of the water heater. Yes, that alarmingly loud noise woke us up very early when someone in a nearby room took a shower.

While checking out, we were told that the difference between a suit and a regular room was that the suite has AC, which it turns out requires a remote control that wasn't provided to us. We received some of our money back because of the obvious discrepancies. The room was clean though.
