Very professional classes, with close follow up from the teachers - adequate for all levels. Would definitly recomend for any person who wants a serious yoga class

While on a business trip to Beirut I was very grateful to find this place. I had been practicing yoga (mainly bikram but also branching out lately to other forms) very regularly for about a year and it was so nice to continue my practice and to feel centered, comfortable, and at home while so far away from my actual home. The quality and the variety of instruction is outstanding, and the facility is very nice. Thanks BYC for all that you do, keep up the good work.

The hot yoga class is an unique offer that I would recommend to anyone. The trainers are very professional and cordial. They keep a perfect balance between instruction and your personal flow. The atmosphere in the whole studio is very familiar, welcoming, modern and the studio is in perfect condition. I only went once during my holidays but I would go regularly if I lived there :) Thank you guys ♥!!

This is such a beautiful haven to practice authentic hatha yoga in Lebanon. Aaed and Rita are both amazing!! They push you to a comfortable limit, and motivate with humor and sincerity. Thank you BYC

When i first got there i had no clue what yoga was! Thr first class was a mind blowing experience that made me fall in love immediately! The place is awesome and relaxing so are everyone there!! You guys are awesome and inspiring keep it up :)
