4 star buses that go to moscow form vilnius and back are 1 star buses, no a/c, no service, small uncomfortable sits, no one clean the wc in all 17 hour trip, no toilet paper, tv's are not working, Latvian drivers are disrespectful, humiliating the passengers and don't take care about your baggage... not talking about their danger driving, taking over other car on close corners, talking on phone while driving, speeding.
If you can try to avoid this agency!!!

One of the most awful journeys ever. The bus was late for at least 7 hours and people had to spend their time on the streets of Warsaw at night (even children). We did not get any refund and the staff on board was rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
