Dave, the owner, has been in Bishkek for 13 or 14 years and knows pretty much everyone and everything going on. Good meat, good wifi and good company. If you are visiting Bishkek and you do not know the area well you should definitely drop in and get your bearings. If you are European then Dave's cafe and bar are probably better than any Embassy (even if you actually have one there!). Good free WiFi too...

Very good by local standards. The cafe part is not perfect but has good breakfasts, burgers, milkshakes and particularly anything with meat. Also TVs and some of the fastest free wifi in Bishkek.

More than just a butcher, is also a bar and restuarant. Serves excellent food has excellent service and Dave the owner is a font of knowledge about the local area. Has to be your first stop if you ever go to Bishek.
