Staffs are helpful but there is only one elevator for the whole hotel. Need to wait really long in the morning. There is no acessibility for stairs too.

The room was dirty and for that it cost 14200 yen (single) for the night.
Especially the many different quite disgusting stains on the walls (from what do they come from!?),
a dirty clock, for which I didn't know how to change the alarm time,
some dust,
and not well cleaned dark carpet with bits and pieces of rubbish in it,
dirty slippers, etc. I did not like.

The reception and cleaning staff were nice enough. I had minimal normal interaction with them.

Then apparently the political books which are put into the rooms are extreme right wing propaganda full of lies, propaganda against other nations and glorifying Japanese actions, even denying atrocities committed in wars. What I wrote here I heard from many people and read in newspaper articles. I didn't read these books myself, but took photos of them, which I attach here. I think hotels should not have political messages in their rooms especially if those messages are negative towards other people.

Great Hotel. Small rooms as every hotel room in Tokyo but excelent staff and cleaningness. Also, 50 meters from subway station on an major line and right across the street from Minimarket. Marvelous times... miss you, Tokyo =/

Location is very convenient! Rooms are nice and clean with a free to use microwave on the first floor and a keep warm kettle on every room. They have an eco-friendly system where they only change your sheets every three days and leave a bottle of water in exchange unless you ask otherwise.
