Wait time is ridiculous, but Dr. Williams is the best at what he does. Wouldn't trade him for anything.

Wait time is forever, phone rings without answer way too often. Dr Williams is very good at what he does and is very professional, he makes up for the long wait.

Wait time is very long. Service is ok. Biomedical and pharmacy are next door.
