Upscale yet quaint. Incredibly beautiful location on the cliffs over the Adriatic. Staff will accommodate most requests. Tiny bar in the lobby provides wine, liquor and all other beverages at all hours. A wonderful breakfast of local foods is provided daily. You won't get a better location in Polignano A Mare

Rooms are simple but comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, nice front desk staff. Walkable to everything. They have 1-2 covered parking spots for 25 euro/night.

I have stayed at many 4 star hotels. This is an odd one. It is beautiful. Or at least the hotel is. We were placed in the Dimora. This means we need to walk from a separate building about 5-6 minutes away for breakfast. We have no internal communication with the hotel. I must use my own phone if there is an issue. If locked out, you cannot call up to the rooms, you must go to the hotel. The hotel, except for a SPA that costs extra, has no other amenities. All 4 star hotels I have stayed at in Italy do. I was planning on using this hotel for one of my group trips that I organize but I will have to think twice. I am now sitting in the warm, humid lobby of the Dimora where I was placed so that I can have the only access to internet available to guests! Comfort, in the basic sense, is not one of their strengths. The staff is very helpful. The parking, although removed from the structure, is fine. I know, when I am here, with all the confusion and oddities, that I am in Southern Italy and this room was far from a bargain.
