Ordered taxi at about 3.00pm for pickup at 5.30pm. Confirmation received. Short journey to French Embassy in Ailesbury Road from Sandymount for formal occasion at 6pm. No show. Rang them. They advised I try somewhere else as they had no taxis in the area, although I had booked. I did them the courtesy of telling them at 5.50 that I was driving instead.

OK it was raining. But I had booked. Rain also meant that I was 10 minutes late arriving, which was extremely rude to my hosts.

Ballsbridge Taxis cannot be relied on when they do nit take bookings seriously.

Terrible company.taxi was 25 min late so rang company they said they picked up the wrong person and said they would send another taxi .40 min later no sign ended up hailing a taxi on the street and being late for an important appointment.absoluute disgraceful service stay well away

Do not use this service. 40 mins late for a pre-booked taxi. Taxi driver said he want told about it until 10 mins before he showed up.

I am not usually one to review if I have received a bad service but I felt this time I should as the service I received was terrible. I needed to make a flight while on my last trip to Dublin so I called a taxi from this company from my office. They said it would arrive on time, after 45 minutes of promises that a taxi was coming in the next 5 minutes they eventually said it was not coming. Terrible Service.
