Affordable price with a good location in Tumon. Appartment hotel with Kitchen, Microwave. Refrigerator and 4 set of basic utensils. Standard units have 4 beds with 2 bathrooms. Suitable for family or small groups.

Dirty, mouldy room. Air con didn't work. No towels, soap or toilet paper suplied.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the room. The cost is not worth it. Here are more details:

room has wifi, flat-screen TV, kitchenette; hotel has laundry room, gift shop, pool, close to beach and tourist shopping shops, free parking

outdated furniture, disappointing housekeeping service and quality, roaches in room, dysfunctional shower, dusty room, sticky floors, filthy grout in bathroom

40 dollar shuttle ride to the hotel. One way.

There is absolutely no reason why a shuttle ride on a tiny island should cost that much. That means 80 dollars if you want to take it back on your way home! They don't even tell you over the phone that you're about to be ripped off. Its like they already know they're ripping you off and that by not telling you, it will spare their conscience the grief. The stay was ok. Staff was pretty aloof. Room was clean. They need to make the effort to put up signage differentiating the guest room entrances from staff areas. Takes about 2 minutes with a printer.

I learned my lesson. I'm a starwood member and might be ripped off with them but at least I'll be on the beach, and I will take a 15 dollar cab next time. Thats what it cost to take me back to the airport from this place.
