The rooms are a good size and have a fridge, kettle, safe, trouser press. The TV has a few English channels too (BBC 1/2, Channel 4, Film 4) the staff are helpful and friendly.

Good location and beautiful views over Frankfurt. Service is rather average. There’s a nice restraint , however not open on Sunday’s as with most things in Germany. Usually a good value for money to stay. Could get noisy with landing airplanes as it is on their track to the airport.

This is a very bad quality hotel with misleading advertisement about facilities in room. I have never seen a business hotel refusing to provide iron in the room. We went to our meetings without ironing the suits. I will Never recommend this hotel to anyone....

Staying at this hotel until Friday, the staff are brilliant, I was suffering from vertigo after flying, the concierge got a member of staff to run me the pharmacy and bring me back. Nothing is too much trouble, friendly staff, lovely food, good gym and conference centre is good. Not far from amenities, I would highly recommend. The staff make the hotel! 10star!

The housekeeping staff should be able to understand a little if English. That will be helpful. And also the hotel needs new pillows. Overall I enjoy staying at this hotel...feels like home away from home.
