For me this the worst hotel ever, very dark everywhere I could not see what I sign on the reception, loud music everywhere, on the floors, at breakfast, in the lift and lobby, I find that awful also the smell on the floors the woman in the breakfast room was unfriendly, and no breakfast was included in the rate. No good lights in the room, all very dark so you need to see yourself for what ever reason go somewhere else, no luxury in the room all very basic, the hotel is so over priced, hanging bike cycle on the ceiling doesn't make the hotel flashing,arty and amazing for this room rate you get a better hotel no doubt, only good thing is the location and the view from the bar

Great staff. Great rooms. Love Ahmed the coffee guy. Great location. Highly recommend.

Classic case.of form over function. When I first walked in, loved the funky vibe but the hotel rooms are designed to be cool, not comfortable. Air conditioning didn't work. Tv didn't work. Mattress was lumpy and cheap. Pillows were rubbish. Hot water was Luke warm. Only 7 items on room service menu (and you have to pay 12% extra to get it delivered). Cocktails in the bar were the most expensive I've ever had. Breakfast was terrible for the price you pay. Seriously, once the funky vibe and zoo views get old, there is no other reason to stay here.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Great staff, amazing room and view, plus it's perfectly located. I suggest renting the bicycles from them if you want to get around town. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

The place is modern, funky, relaxed and different but that us why i liked it. From the bar you have a view into the zoo and you can see the monkeys having fun.
The location is great: shopping, supermarket, sightseeing, central.
