The Empiere Hotel doesn't deserve any stars. Leaving aside that the installations are very old, dirty and a lot of them don't work (such as the lights or the wifi); the staff are very rude and impolite: not only did we get a room that we didn't asked for, but also they charged us a more expensive price than the cost of that room. When making a reclamation, the answers were based on shouts. It was a very disappointing visit. The hotel has to improve in every aspect, emphasizing in the dirty and old infrastructure; but most importantly, in the treatment to the client.

Strongly suggested because of the great position to walk around the city center. Room is very big and the bathroom, too. Wi-Fi connection is poor (signal is weak). Wardrobe inside the bathroom is a very bad idea. Everything needs a little bit of modernization.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were incredibly clean. The entire hotel had a nice, charming atmosphere with all of the paintings on the walls.

Very bad wireless signal quality, charged twice the price on my card, and the room smells to cigarette and humidity.
