Très bonne expérience avec le personnel d'Avis, malgré avoir eu à changer de voiture due à un problème. Le choix de voitures et les prix sont corrects, pas de frais caché et l'expérience d'une marque international.

Great to deal with, car was nice and clean Allen did a great job of explaining all my options and insurances. I opted for the tablet GPS which also acted as a hotspot for your wireless device great for kids or long rides, the mapping software worked good, large easy to read. I also opted for the full coverage insurance which made my cost double for the rental. They also place a $500 hold on your card for tickets or other issues not covered. Overall I really enjoyed the car and the customer service the added expense not so much lol. At the end I didn't have any issues or tickets so my card was refunded the $500.

Lizeth was excellente with the best customer service ever. No games, hidden fees or invented damages. Unfortunately where ever you rent you must take the mandatory liability insurance. Their damage deposit was $500 with the additional collision ins to cover the rental car loss. The way they drive in that country, it was worth the piece of mind. Other " cheaper agencies hide total fees until you check out with LARGE deposits. Just bite the bullet and choose Avis or Alamo.
