Went to return my router/modem for a closed business account, ended up leaving with savings on my personal account. Michael was managing the store and started asking me questions about my personal rogers plan and started making suggestions to help save money on my bills! I thought it was going to be a boring visit to the store, ended up leaving happier than I ever imagined! Great experience. Great customer service.

I went there once with superior experience. I had issue with my monthly plan and phone, and was looking for a business plan too. The agent "Andy" is high class of attention and support.

I was helped by a representative that addressed all of my cellular needs, help me set up a new line, I got an amazing deal, and the phone I wanted was in stock. How much more could I ask for?
I've had average service here, but most of the time the service is amazing. Very friendly staff that not only meet, but even exceed some of my expectations.
