My parents were visiting from out of town, and my mother and I decided to get our nails done as a rare treat. Not knowing where to go, we just started walking down Pandosy and decided to try getting a side by side appointment at Excel. Although my mother and I were not able to get our nails done side by side, we were able to be taken in immediately for two appointments done in succession with Traci. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was very accommodating. An extra chair was provided at the nail table so my mother and I could visit during both of our appointments, with tea and coffee served while we waited. Our Nail Technician Traci was warm, friendly and professional and did a great job. She did her best to answer questions I had, and provided some good preventative suggestions. My mother and I are both very happy with our nails and will certainly be returning sometime soon. Thank you Traci ☺

Just moved to Kelowna, and I have already had two amazing experiences at this salon. Recently, I did the silkworm hair smoothing treatment. The staff have a special way of doing this treatment, which involves leaving it in for a few days (instead of washing it out right away as the manufacturer instructs). It worked amazing. My hair is smooth, shiny and easy to manage. I am getting tons of compliments. 10/10 would do this treatment again, and at this salon.

Excel is the place to be if you need a hair cut or spa service! I have been many times to get my mop of a hair do looking fresh and clean, and whenever i find im getting a little sore i book an awesome massage appointment. The owner is a sweetheart, and the staff are friendly and professional!! Definitely reccomend to anyone!

I had an appointment booked for a manicure and a pedicure on the Mother's Day weekend for a wedding. Two days before, they left a voicemail cancelling with no reason. I had a very hard time finding an appointment elsewhere on such short notice and a busy weekend.
