I had a tattoo removed here over numerous appointments. The treatment was successful but it took longer than i anticipated but this was explained to me beforehand. At this point I can no longer even make out the shape of the tattoo. All that’s left is a slightly discolored patch on my skin, and that’s starting to disappear as my skin tans again. I’ll be going back here to get my next tattoo removed in a couple months.

I have gone to see Dr. Crippen for a couple years now, and all i could say is this doctor is AMAZING. He knows exactly what I want and makes me look as natural as possible. He's the best in the okanagan. I wouldn't go to anyone else other than him. He's a very honest doctor and won't push you for anything you don't feel comfortable doing. The staff are all so friendly and extremely helpful! A great clinic to go get any treatment. I would highly recommend going to book your appointment with Dr. Crippen. He's definitely more than a five star for me. They also have amazing skin care line that you definitely don't want to miss out. I couldn't be any happier with my results, Thanks to DermMedica! :)

Best people workin there! Super happy with everything I've bought (Latisse) and treatments I've gotten! Dr.Crippen and the girls are amazing at giving me exactly what I want.

I can tell that a lot of work had gone into into making this a nice place to have to spend some time in a chair. The hair removal was my second treatment at DermMedica, after I previously tried Coolsculpting. I can say about this treatment what I did about that one: Always professional. We get started on time, it went exactly as it was described to me in the consultation, and the results match the predictions.

This was more expensive than the laser hair removal procedure I tried about seven years back, but it was far more effective. My first treatment was scheduled in early May, and took three total sessions to complete. I have not seen any signs of regrowth in that time. My legs are as smooth as they were when I finished the last session.
