Ramada Kelowna Hotel & Conference Centre

As with most Ramada hotels you are usually assured a decent, up to date clean hotel room. But this situation has me wondering. I stayed for 4 nights and while getting into bed in the second night, I found a pink foam ear plug in the bed???? Now I don't use those items, so where did it come from? Did they fail to change the sheets from a precious guest? If so....ewe.

Had an exam in one of the conference rooms multiple days in a row Location is great (right across from Orchard Park Mall) with plenty of parking. There is a pub there and many restaurants nearby. The front desk was helpful when I asked for directions. Very clean and quiet conference rooms.

Room very practical and spacious, much better than most of the other more expansive hotels.
Plenty of towels which is always very good.
Good location.
Coffee a bit "under strength" for me.

We went to the ramada for our 18 year anniversary. Upon arrival we noticed they had welcomed us with a sign that congratulated us which made us feel welcomed. And to our surprise we received a free room upgrade for our next visit. Once getting our room we were once again surprised to see a plate of fruit and cookies on our desk in the room. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were like sleeping on a cloud! We had the best sleep in a long time. I would love to have those pillows at home! The only down side to our stay is that we didn't have a patio to smoke on however they have a pub downstairs that accommodates for that. But overall it was an amazing weekend.

Great location to stay for the long weekend. Has everything you need all within the hotel and everything else is within walking distance. AC in the room is a bit lacking a seemed to have a hard time keeping up during the 36c days. But other than that I don't have any real complaints and would definitely stay here again
