Obviously didn't want my money. The dispatcher hung up on me 3 times. and insisted I needed the address of the store front I was at and not the store name+ location like always. Dispatcher told the cab the wrong place to wait even after the address was given. Cab driver was probably going faster than he should have. My advice: USE ANY OTHER CAB SERVICE!

What a terrible company! I tried to take a safe ride home after I was drinking. I asked the cab driver to slow down and drive safer he did not. I got sick in the cab. The cab driver then tried to leave me on the side of the road by myself at night. He then began touching my purse asking me to pay for my fare before I was at home. I refused as he had just tried to leave me on the side of the road. He then tried to take me thru a bank ATM to pay for the cab after I had said numerous times I will pay when I get home. The cab driver then took me to the police station and lied saying I was refusing to pay all together. I never said that. I said I would pay when I was at home. I paid at the police station as I was forced to. The cab driver over charged me and then drove me home. I was then charged again for payment at my house. I was charged three times in total. This is the worst cab company. Who tries to leave a female on the side of the road at night alone?!?! I want a formal apology from the cab driver for how I was treated.

Called to order a van for 6 of us. Dispatcher said "You'll have better luck waving down two cars. Goodbye." and proceeded to hang up on me. Took 45 minutes at 3AM to hail down one of your drivers as they kept ignoring us. Will NOT be using this company for any of my transportation needs in the future.

Do not use this cab company! We did...big mistake!! The driver was taking us to the airport & because the traffic was heavy..decided to take a detour without asking us if that would be ok! By doing this..it cost us far more than what he told us the fare would be. He had told us before we left our home that the fare would be between $65.00 - $70.00... it ended costing us over $96.00! When my husband refused to pay him that much...the driver would not open the trunk to let us have our luggage! We had to pay the full amount!!
