When I cancelled a previously booked pick up for a client, I was told, that there will only be a courtesy call, without waiting for response , before the pick up would occur. This seems to be not a service , but a disservice for your clients who use the system .Specially on hot days like today , it would be appreciated and appropriate that clients are being told when approximately this handy service arrives , before they start standing in the hot sun , 31oC today,and risking health issues.
Please look into this system and improve it . There is always room for improvement!
