The place was nicely decorated and smelled super nice with all the candles. Service was nice too. However, the facial I did was not worth the money. All they did was place a warm towel on my face 3 times and put a moisturizer, scrub, and a mask which was 15 minutes. The person doing my facial seemed very uniterested and was staring at the clock every couple minutes. I even got two pimples after doing the facial. All I'm saying is, it's not worth your money!

Heartless. I arrived feeling very ill. Said I would be going to the Doctor. Manager said I had to pay full cost of all treatments. So I begrudgingly stayed, barely made it thru the first treatment. Laid in the waiting area with fever and shaking for an hour. Manager completely ignored me then demanded my husband pay before we left. Horrible Management. Sickening. (PS:Thankful for the Staff member who brought me ice packs to cool down). Could not believe Manager said to pay full even though she could clearly see how ill I was. Sad Spa.

Got my hair cut by Brooke. It was uneven, not layered properly, 2 different lengths, chopped on one side so that I can't even curl my hair. Gave 20% tip, called back to get fixed, said she wouldn't cut my hair. Asked for someone else to fix it and they said I would have to pay. Asked for the tip back, well will see. Thee most horrible cut I have ever had and I gave to the tee instructions of what I wanted done. I should be getting my money back if they don't fix it to what I asked for. And $50, are you serious?

Had a facial and a massage. So nice and relaxing. Great prices. Also got my eyebrows waxed, they did a great job!
