I am pleased to report that after working through the issues regarding the verbal agreement made vs the contract I signed, the company contacted me and made things right. I'm appreciative of their actions and feel they truly put their customer first in resolving this matter and as such have removed my previous review with this update. Thank you Clearway!

We were scheduled to pick up our rental car at 4pm however our flight arrived late so when we took a cab to this agency not only were they closed at 5pm they didn't warn us of their closing time not did they even try to call us to see where we were or to let us know they were closing. They didn't wait for us and they even rented our car to someone else (even though we had a three day rental reservation during a busy Nationals volleyball tournament in the area). The next day not only were they very unapologetic they wouldn't drop a car to us the next day nor would they pick us up. Worst car rental service agency I have ever used. Our host at the Brookside Inn in Abbotsford was kind enough to personally drive us to our dinner reservation that night since we were left carless.

Thank you Clearway Rentals. My family and I flew across the country from Nova Scotia to enjoy the skiing/snowboarding at Sun Peaks Resort. We brought our gear and needed a large vehicle to handle the load. We ordered a full size SUV. The vehicle that we originally received was smaller than expected. After asking for a larger vehicle we were immediately accommodated by the friendly staff and after consultation with the manager, fairly treated on the new rate. This company is fair and puts their customers first. Thanks Clearway!
