Food was awesome, wait time was at it's best for being slammed at dinner rush durring a hockey game and special Christmas lighting event. Waitress covered our drinks when we went outsife for a minute

Food is good service is absolutely no good, even with their paging devices waited over 15 minutes for my beer refill even when she said she would be right back with it. And the pager really doesn't seem to get their attention, kids pop refills same thing. Lack of service..... Pretty disheartening especially when we are paying a premium price for this food.

unless you have a reservation I wouldn't bother going, we were lucky and got the only seat left (although half the tables were empty). Places like this usually don't do reservations on friday and saturday nights. when someone came thru the door they were asked if they had a reservations like it was fine dinning restaurant. If you didn't, they stated the wait was 45 minutes as they had people with reservations. The waitress was nice and the food was good but not good enough were i would make reservations 48 hours in advance.

Good service. Cold beer served on "frozen" mugs. It could get busy at times but you still get prompt service. They have this device on your table that pages the server for service, another round or the check!.
If you like spicy food/snacks order the bacon wrapped cream filled jalapeño peppers.
Overall good service. And manager walking around.

Drinks were good, our rib appetizer was great. However only worth 2 stars as service left a little to be desired. It was not terribly busy inside for the amount of servers they had on shift. As entrees go, my fiance enjoyed his, however my steak was very over cooked for how I ordered it and the server did only one check back (after we rang for more drinks). All in all, a somewhat disappointing dinner for what it cost us. Likely will not be returning to this establishment.
