Lovely experience. Definitely recommend upgrading to the gold floor if you can afford the small up charge. Adds a lot of complimentary items your stay that is well worth the difference. Besides you can't be the view. 95% of the gold rooms have gorgeous ocean views.

Let's start with the good. Private beach is beautiful and water is clear. Taxi to and from is convenient. Bunch of restaurants to choose from and fish is always a great choice. Waterlot Inn is one of the best restaurants Ive eaten at. Top 5... charming and romantic spot and pricey! Now the bad, I could write for days but I won't. Staff is seasonal so they really don't care. Barley answer you and don't have many solutions. Bike road is $55 a bike and not worth it and a crazy huge hill to get back to hotel. Guy working the bike shop was useless. ATM not working for two days. Hotel is not 4 stars, more like 3 and it all starts with the staff. Concierge never picks up phone. They seem understaffed all around. Sometimes you get a drink at the pool and other times you have to get it yourself. The hotel itself is old and should be gutted. Vents are dusty and water pressure stinks. Try to get someone to help you with a taxi when you are not on property and good luck. Rooms are mediocre at best. I could go on but I won't. We love Bermuda but will not be coming back here.

The resort was perfect for my 88 year old mother & I. The concierges were very helpful, and it was a benfit to have a wide selection of restaurants close by. The staff is exemplary, very hospitable, professional and friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the resort could have more ramps for people with accessibility issues. Plus, the prices for everything is high since they have to import a lot of goods.

We had a wonderful 6 days here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We let the hotel know we were celebrating our anniversary and they provided us with complimentary champagne and chocolates when we arrived. The restaurants are all great. The shuttles and buses make getting around very easy. The free ferry to Hamilton is nice. We had a corner room which has a nice big balcony. Ask for one! We will definitely be back!

Can't say enough about this place. Absolutely beautiful. The staff at this place cannot do enough for you. They really go out of their way. The food was delicious at all the different restaurants. The beach is probably the best on the island. Golf was great too. I highly recommend the FS.
