Nice stay and nice staff (although they didn't like my piano music and stopped me while playing (because an elderly 👴 guest asked them to do so, as my music didn't match his classic taste 😝)) but i liked it there

Clean and neat. Hotel folks were friendly and always ready to help and assist, despite the fact that some hotel guests were really ignorant and causing too much stress for other guests as well as the hotel personnel. I hope Sapphire hotel stays as good as it was when it was rewarded a 2015 prize.

I stayed here several times during my Baku visits. Very recommended. Friendly staff.

Large rooms. Breakfastservice with further potential. Some rooms with a smal kitchen
