Sapphire Hotel

Marketed as 5 stars but truly a 3 star hotel at the most. The best features are the very friendly and helpful staff in all areas as well as the prime location near the city centre. No amenities except for breakfast and wifi.

Big rooms and fantastic location...only
But I give it 2 Stars for everything else.. Bad service very poor breakfast .. No facilities at all.. Zero facilities.. Most of the the staff are bad

One of the worst hotel I aver seen it have very bad service the AC not working the most of the staff don't understand English in the front of the hotel exactly 1 meter they have very bad and dangerous Bar they charge you dabble or Tribble the normal amount from other bars and forsee U to pay extra
