Best location for the money. Its right next to all the sights. National musuem across thr street, old city 300m. Why 1 stars, crappy breakfeast, the restaurant is a bar in the evening, where smoking is allowed, so the next morning, you'll be eating in a smokey room. The beds are awefull!
But worst is they forgot to fillout our emigration papers for staying longer then 10 days in Azerbajdian, it cost us 800 AZN at the airport.
